HERE'S THE REQUIREMENTS
ISNEX Lyric and Music Catalog Access Agreement
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the MOHC FOUNDATION’s ISNEX, a production entity with its principal place of business being internet based ("ISNEX"), and the undersigned individual or entity ("User," which may include artists, managers, or other interested parties). Collectively, ISNEX and User are referred to as the "Parties."
1. Purpose of the Agreement
ISNEX owns and maintains a catalog of original lyrics and music compositions ("Works"). This Agreement governs User's access to and use of the Works for review, selection, and potential collaboration.
2. Grant of Access
ISNEX grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to review the catalog of Works solely for the purpose of selecting or requesting customized lyrics or music for potential use in artistic projects.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
a. All Works, including lyrics and music compositions, are the exclusive property of ISNEX.
b. User acknowledges that no ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
c. User may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Works without prior written consent from ISNEX.
4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
User agrees to keep the Works and any related materials confidential and not disclose them to third parties without ISNEX’s prior written consent.
5. Selection and Customization
a. User may browse the catalog and select Works that they are interested in.
b. If requested, ISNEX may provide customized versions of selected Works tailored to User’s specifications, subject to separate agreements and negotiations.
6. No Guarantee of Use or Success
ISNEX makes no guarantees regarding the suitability or use of any Works by User or their representatives.
7. Use of Works
a. Any use of the Works by User or third parties must be authorized through a separate licensing agreement or contract.
b. This Agreement does not constitute a license to use, reproduce, or exploit the Works beyond review purposes.
8. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective upon User’s acceptance and remains in effect until terminated by either Party with written notice. Upon termination, User shall cease all use of the Works and destroy any copies.
9. No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Parties.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky.
11. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes any prior agreements or communications.
12. Acceptance
By accessing the ISNEX catalog, User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

ISNEX MEMORIAL P&A
ISNEX Memorial Package & Agreement
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between ISNEX ("Provider") and the customer ("Customer") as of the date of acceptance below. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the ISNEX Memorial Package ("Program") will be provided.
1. Program Description
The ISNEX Memorial Package is a personalized memorial service designed to create a custom tribute song honoring the memory of a deceased individual. Upon completion, the Customer will receive ownership rights to the final product, which is specifically tailored based on the information provided by the Customer. This agreement does not include commercial use; if so, a 15% royalty fee shall automatically apply.
2. Package Pricing & Payment Process
Total Price: $179.00 (Nonrefundable Fee: $40.00
(due upon agreement to initiate the process)
Remaining Balance: $139.00
(due after selection of one of three brief demo options)
3. Customer Process & Requirements
Step 1: Initial Payment & Submission
The Customer agrees to pay the nonrefundable fee of $40.00 to initiate the process. Payment must be completed before any work begins.
Upon receipt of this fee, the Customer will submit the following materials via email.
Digital obituary text (only), or alternatively, a detailed description of the individual’s life and significance
A camera-ready photograph of the individual (clear, front-facing, free of text or graphics)
Step 2: Demo Selection & Remaining Payment
After reviewing the submitted materials, ISNEX will provide three brief demo options for the Customer to choose from.
When the Customer selects from the demos, the remaining balance of $139.00 becomes due, and will be paid at that time.
The Customer shall complete this payment promptly to continue with the production process.
Step 3: Production & Delivery
Upon receipt of the remaining balance, ISNEX will proceed with creating the final memorial package.
The estimated turnaround time for completion is between 5 and 7 days from receipt of full payment.
Delivery of the final digital files will be via email directly to the Customer.
Should delays occur beyond the estimated timeframe, ISNEX agrees to provide a reasonable deduction from the Package Price.
Rush Orders
Additional fees apply for expedited processing, and are at the discretion of ISNEX, based on timing and availability:
4-day turnaround: $25.00
3-day turnaround: $50.00
2-day turnaround: $75.00
Overnight delivery: $100.00
Rush requests must be specified at the time of order, otherwise they fall within the standard 5-7.
4. Content Creation Details
The lyrics and music are generated by the ISNEX TEAM based on the obituary information or personal description provided by the Customer.
The photograph used will be incorporated into the video; it must be:
Clear and front-facing (if any way possible)
Free of text, graphics, or other markings
The date from the obituary or description will be incorporated into the final product.
5. Important Considerations
While ISNEX endeavors to produce a lyric product that reflects a true likeness, the artistic nature of the process means that some details may vary or may not be perfectly accurate.
The quality and clarity of submitted materials directly influence the final product.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that some artistic interpretation is involved and accepts that minor variations may exist in the finished tribute.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
The $40.00 nonrefundable fee is paid upon acceptance and initiation of the process. This fee is nonrefundable under any circumstances.
The remaining balance is due only after the Customer selects from the 3 demo option. If the Customer chooses not to proceed after demo selection option, no further refunds will be issued.
Acceptance
By proceeding with the initial payment, the Customer acknowledges understanding and agreeing to all terms outlined in this Agreement.

We want to give dancers from the public the chance to showcase their talents, be featured in ISNEX Video Productions, and get paid for their participation. This helps promote cultural dance styles and gives dancers recognition.
ISNEX’s Goals:
Find and select talented cultural dancers from the public.
Allow dancers to sign up easily.
Provide opportunities for dancers to appear in our ISNEX Video Productions.
Recognize dancers with credits and compensation.
